It is through his efforts and hard work, that the company experienced massive growth and expansion. He manages the pivotal role of selecting raw materials and oversees the overall financial affairs of the company.

Mr. Rajesh Bhayani has been the driving force in taking the company to the next level from a trading to manufacturing and exports. Ever since Mr. Rajesh joined the company in 1994, he left no stone unturned in taking the company to international platform and serving the needs of customers across the continents.
He charts out the marketing strategy, novel formulations, expansion and growth of RHR Medicare.

Mr. Apurva Bhayani joined RHR Medicare in 2001. Under his vision and guidance, the company expanded its products portfolio by adding new specialized products. Mr. Apurva is the backbone of development process, with his core competencies being development of stabilized formulations, process validations and production.
Currently, he heads the productivity, quality, delivery and supply chain and seamless operations.
